If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with a specific Neversecond product, please contact us at hello@never2.com. Please provide your name and order number. In the event that we issue a refund, the refund process takes approximately 30 days to complete. We will charge an order restocking fee of €15.00 per transaction, plus a per item restock fee of €10.00 per item, plus cost of outbound shipping as applicable. For safety and quality assurance reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of consumable products including energy gels, sports drink powders and energy bars. We additionally cannot accept return of any products which have been opened or used. Neversecond reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase and to deny refund requests at our sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
Returns Period
We offer an easy and fair 30 day returns policy. You must notify us in writing within 30 days of receipt of your order. All items to be returned must be in the condition it was received, unused and in original packaging.
Returns Process
You must contact our team for returns approval before sending your order back to us. Please ensure this is done within 30 days of receipt of your order.
1) Contact us with your order number and return reason.
2) We will then provide you with approval and our EU returns address.
3) Send your return back to us. We recommend you send your return using a tracked delivery service and please keep your receipt of postage.
Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of return postage. All product must not be opened in any way and must still be in original condition. Heat seals must also not be broken.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
